Curtailable GPU offtake
We pay GPU operators to curtail load on request. When the grid needs less demand, you flex it — and get paid for the GPU-hours you free up.

Paid per curtailment event
You get paid only for GPU-hours you actually curtail — not a flat capacity fee, not a subscription.
No lock-in, no liability
There is no minimum commitment on voluntary events. If we don’t call one, nothing is owed either way — no penalty, no liability, no obligation to participate.
Nothing dropped mid-request
Curtailment happens at the scheduling layer. In-flight work completes before capacity is handed back to the grid.
Response mode
Curtailed
Load is stopped outright for the duration of the event — the full GPU-hour rate applies.
Throttled
Load is reduced rather than stopped — you keep partial capacity running and get paid pro rata for the difference.
Participation
Voluntary
Economic dispatch — you opt in per event, priced at $20–$40/GPU-hour, no obligation to participate.
Mandatory
Network-security events where response is a required condition of participation, not optional. Terms are agreed up front as part of your connection.
